WordPress MU

I need to have different GA codes for each sub-domain. What is the best way to achieve this? I've seen a number of plugins so a recommendation based on experience would be wonderful. Premium plugin recommendations are also fine.

Any one that will let you input the code from the backend of that blog will work.
