Hello,

I spent an hour installing this now I'm confused. I almost attempted to configure the home.php but when I installed a new theme the home page is not gone and its just the admin blog. Whats up with that?

Now I'm really tired. So maybe the obvious thing will spring to me in the morning.

The home page IS the main blog.

So, pick a theme that has a home.php file it it, or make one and put it in your main blog theme's folder.

Or, use the "set this static page to the front" setting. It;s under the Settings menu.

Right thats what I was going to try next but i posted this as I went to bed. Thanks for the help.

So I can make a new page in my admin blog then set that as the static front page then alter it as I like?

Correct. Exactly the same as if it were a single WP blog. It's all handled via the theme.
