WordPress MU

Does anyone know of a non-kludgey application or script for creating and provisioning several hundred to several thousand blogs and accounts? I have a database of several thousand users, all of whom are going to receive blogs on their own subdomains, and they're going to eventually be billed for them, should they choose to extend their free contract.

So I need to:

* Create accounting profiles for each user in some format that could be imported into Quickbooks.
* Generate blogs and the appropriate accounts for them based on an existing user profile.
* Perform various other bulk admin tasks.

I'm guessing there has to be something out there that small ISPs use to perform some or all of that, but I haven't found it yet. Any suggestions would be hugely helpful.
