WordPress MU

I've setup Wordpress MU on x.com and set the DNS Settings so that this domain points to my server IP. I've then setup a second domain y.com which has its DNS settings pointed to x.com (as per the plugin instructions).

I've enabled wildcard DNS's and the subdomains work correctly.

x.com shows fine, but y.com just shows the servers default welcome message.

It might help if I show you the actual domains so you can see what's happening:

tanzaniainternet.com (main one)
zanzibarpearls.com (secondary one)

Any ideas?

I had many many problems setting it up with subdomains, in fact i gave up and instead i set it up with folders, the only difference is i own the server and able to open new web-servers on apache for each new blog+domain im adding.
