Importing data from external mysql and php

I run a website that has php pages that display data from a mysql database.

I would like to display these pages or just the data, whichever is easier within wordpress blogs that I create.

Is this possible without significant programming? is there any widgets or anything that can help with this.

Any suggestions would be great!
