I am using download monitor plugin for our company portal.

I am using

Wordpress MU
Buddypress
Download Monitor 3.3.3.10

We have hosted these website on windows shared hosting on Godaddy.

I am seeing blank page when I click on download button on each download.

It is not referring to login page for non login memebrs. It is showing blank page.

Documents are uploading properly with add and edit options.

It was working well up to June12th. But It is not working now.

I haven’t changed anything in .htaccess file.

Please help me in this.

OK, what has changed since that date? Have you done any editing of the other files or any updating?

- Please check the webserver's error logs. That's a good habit to include that information when asking for help no matter what the platform.

- Blank pages usually means a problem with a plugin. Check the logs though first to see what the specific problem is.
