WordPress MU

I've tried to install the global search plugin in my wordpressMU.
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wpmu-global-search/installation/

However, there is one step i don't understadn . This is the step 5 : Place [page_wpmu_search] in the post content area .

How can i do that?

The stuff with a [] around it is called a shortcode. Write a new post or page. paste that bit in exactly.
