I just upgraded from wpmu 2.9.2 to wp3.0
It was successful until I got a rewrite message.
I changed my .htaccess to ms-files and deleted blogs.php as recommended by this site. http://developersmind.com/2010/06/17/upgrading-wordpress-mu-2-9-2-to-wordpress-3-0/
But now all my images are missing in my network. Anyone have any solutions?
Here are a few of my links that are missing images.

I had the same problem and I went through the same upgrading steps. I found that I didn't copy the following line right:
RewriteRule ^(.*/)?files/(.*) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$2 [L]
Please double check this line and send me your feedback
