I've installed wordpress mu on blogs.domain.com, and when i create a blog it makes newblog.blogs.domain.com, and i want to be newblog.domain.com.How i do that ? I read it something about wildcard, but i don't how to use that.

Then it has to be installed at domain.com.

On domain.com i have installed allready wordpress, i remove wordpress and then i install wordpress mu ?

WPMU is now built in to wordpress. please UPGRADE to version 3.0 and do this:
