RSS Widget nonfunctional (3 posts)

Hi there! So, I'm trying to get feeds set up properly on my wpmu site, which is at http://www.bee-town.com and I'm having some issues. On the first pageload the feed widget displays a magpierss caching error, and every reload after that just display the feed's URL with no title or content (can be seen at http://letsgo.bee-town.com ).

I'm using subdomains, I've tried running the widgets folder from both the plugins and mu-plugins folder with no success so far in getting the RSS widgets to work (all else seems okay). Any ideas?

    And the error would be?....

And the RSS feed that you would be trying to add in is?....

If this is the feed you're trying to add in:

    http://www.terrorware.com/?q=event/feed

    I'm seeing two issues:

    1) Not sure how you're trying to add it in there but it's showing that URL as the title of the widget instead of the URL. You might be putting it in the wrong slot.

    2) The feed is royally mucked up. Granted Feed Validator is also mucked up but what it is kicking out as errors are some serious ones.

Wow, I can't believe I messed that up in such a painfully obvious way. Had the feed URL and the description backwards. Thanks.

As per the feed being messed up, I normally just run those Drupal feeds through feedburner and it fixes them up nice. But yes, it spits them out in a pretty sad state.

Thanks again for pointing out that mistake!
