hello. i'm looking change the default values for new blogs... blog roll - to put my own links... comentaries and the first post. where i can do this. thanks

You can change all of that information in the upgrade-functions.php file in the wp-admin directory. I think that changes the defaults for new installs and upgrades, but there may be a different file for new installs. I couldn't find it, so maybe everything is one file now.

That's the file where settings for new blogs come out of.
