Alright, I searched the forum, but couldn't find a definitive answer.
    Here is my situation:
    1. I have two domains - domain1.com, domain2.com
    2. I have a hard coded sub domain sub.domain1.com
    3. I have two installs of WP for sub.domain1.com and domain2.com.
    4. WP files are in the folders root/WP1, root/WP2

I want to have single MU installation but do not want to alter the way they are accessed now. i.e. sub.domain1.com should goto the first instance of MU and domain2.com should goto the second instance of MU.

    Is this possible?

You may want to do a search for 'mutliple domains'. I think we discussed this last week and previosuly as well.

yes i found this before but the domain's that i want to add to my wpmu installation is already running another scripts ..
i want members when register at mydomain.com they can choose for the domain mydomain.ocm . mydomain1.com ,mydomain2.com .. so the blog link will be
    mydomain.com/blog/blogname
    mydomain1.com/blog/blogname
    mydomain2.com/blog/blogname
and also mydomain1.com/forum can run normally
