I noticed the regular/original wordpress v2.04 themes just doesn't work for wordpress-mu. I uploaded dozens of wordpress themes and none of them showed up on my dashboard or the users dashboard. I uploaded them to wp-content/themes . I want my users to have more than just the default template to work with. Can anyone give a piece of their minds to this?

Themes for WPMU must be enabled/disabled in Site Admin-->Themes.

There's a theme pack over at wpmudev.org that you can download and install. You may want to read the other threads in this subforum as different themes have been discussed time and time again. Do note that most if not all themes require at least some work to get up and running. At the very least a 'Hosted by...' link in the footer.php file.
