OK,, when i'm already translate a *po file using poEdit, where i put those file ? sry for question, but i'm new in WordPress and WordPressMU and over forums cant find thats informations.

Using poEdit create a mo file and place it in wp-includes/languages/
No need to place the po file.

ah ... so, when i finish my lang file, i just save file as my_lang.mo, create languages directory in wp-includes and there put those file ? Simply ;) thanks m8 ;)

Don't use the "Save as..." option.
From the "File" menu select "Preferences" and the "Editor" tab. Check the first option ("Automatically compile .mo file on save.")Now each time you save the po file a new mo file will be generated.
