If I coudl find where to flag this for Automatic, i would, but here's a heads-up for you anyway.
I upgraded my widget code to the very latest version, which I was happy to see cleared up a couple isues we had fixed manually (namely, how it spewed out link for Pages and Links).
But, in the links call, it checks for the database version in an if..else. For some reason, in MU it goes directly to the "else" and skips checking for Link Visibility.
in other words, if links in the blogroll are marked as not visible, it displays them anyway. A quick fix is to take out the if.
