I have a question..

Currently my site is setup so that when a user registers, all the necessary files, database entries, etc are done but the domain/subdomain has to be activated by an admin.

So what to modify and where to modify it to tell the user that they're in an approval queue and that they will be e-mailed when their blog is activated?

Hopefully you understand what I mean.

You could put a note about it in the sign up form, so they know about it.

Or add a final step to the confirmation that confirms the "receipt" of their request, and says they've been added to the approval queue...

In wp-signup.php? I suppose I could do that, yes.
