The design looks kinda tacky...

Hmm this looks suspicious...they don't have some of the features they claim to have, it's new, and their "hosting" company or whoever runs this seems to be suspicious as well. (http://orangecows.com the page isn't even complete) This looks kind of shady to me.
What we dont have. Explain? And yes Orangecows is not ready, lol no time :) What is that these days kick first then check. Good way to motivate people.
well, to me it looks like a nice try of a new wpmu hosting site. although I remember being astonished at how much space and traffic they offer for free, otherwise nice design

Hosts/people offer it, knowing full well that 99.5% of the people won't use it.
Frequently, the obscure few who push it, find their accounts shutdown for excessive resource use (processor, memory).
It's a terrible practice, and not very honest representation IMHO.
Hmmm I hear we all can stop with MU it's all a hoax. ;)
We are offering free hosting for several years and can tell you aslong you dont try to scr.. us everthing stays. But experiance is that lot of people always try it again and start to complain after. I think every WU host want to keep it's house clean. And in our case (and i don't know about other) bandwidth enough :)
