    I know you got this theme working, I also found a post of yours in their support forum: http://support.gluedideas.com/viewtopic.php?id=216

    but I am not sure what you meant we have to change....
    can you help me please?

    Assuming you're running MU 1.0:
    go in the theme dir to styles\default, open generator.php and replace '$wp_version == 'MU'' with '$wp_version == 'wordpress-mu-1.0' in both places. Do the same in styles\Subvert and upload.
