Please can someone help?
I am using edublogs to display video (.mov) files of my school’s trips away. Please see the website at: http://glaitness.edublogs.org/
The page used to display nice short lists of video titles with links that would play in Quicktime, but now all I get is “Anarchy Video Player” windows with no reference to the links or titles.
How to I revert to the simple links without displaying “Anarchy Video Player” all over the page? Can I disable the plugin myself?
Thanks
Tim Geddes
Hi Tim,
just replied to you on the AMP page:
your Mu admin James added AMP a while ago and it automatically hooks into any href links to QT movies, replacing the link with a placeholder image. If you’d prefer a more specific edublogs image you can download the photoshop template files and make one then send it on to James.
You can also add a video title next to the mov link and that will show under the video. As for excluding anarchy from your site altogether, well that’s a bit difficult as several thousand users on edublogs seem to be quite happy using it. If it’s really a problem I can look at adding a disable check box to the 2.0 beta which has a user options page, but why don’t you like having the movies display on your web page?
