lunabyteNot sure how many people have noticed this, or how far an end user could get with it, but I was looking at a ticket on the trac and it said subscribers could delete the blog.
I looked at it, and line 21 sure enough has a " 0 " vice a " 10 " for the user level.
If anyone's interested in a quick fix, I added it onto the ticket.

Not that it's a "difficult" fix, and granted the email sent out for confirmation "should" go to the admin, but why take the chance?
