I was looking for a free PHP script that allows me to host free weblog system on my website. What I want is to be able to offer free weblogs to visitors of my website.
Is WordPress multi-user the one I need to install on my server? Does it allow users to have like http://www.test.com/username or http://www.test.com/index.php?id=5 or something like that?
