I see that some themes already provide with few language files. Like Italian, Russian.. etc....
Then I have pure WordPressMU po file. Then there are some po files for plugins. All has some bit & pieces of translations.
Now how to merge all and create one po file? Or is it possible to create like a project header which simply points to all other po files? so then I select this single file in WordPressMU settings so the entire site, theme, plugins are showing the translation.
