WordPress MU

I found the following post:

Particularly #3, and am wondering if anyone else has gotten this to work on their WPMU installation, I'd imagine there is some modifications to be made so that you can share with your blog owners, but it seems like a good basis to start with.

Thanks DrMike, I've read each and every post with adsense in it (assuming the search function works). There isn't one that's resolved or works so I thought I'd ask around. Oh some display ads, but none do as promised and actually rotate the code as promised.

Closest one that I like to start with was yours but as stated before it doesn't appear to save the user's entered data.

DrMike, are you still offering this on Daria.be (meaning it works with Mu 1.2.3)?

I tried but got these errors when trying to change the widget:
