Is there a WPMU plugin to allow users to record voice as the comments. I had a look at Odeo, Evaco, MyChingo, and Scordor.

All require the user signup at their site and come back to their site to listen the audio.

Is there one that dependent only our server?
Few years ago, I saw at some site that the visitor can leave audio messages and they had that api available for download for money. It looked like the old Windows Media Player bar. Now I couldn't find it.

Well if none, can you redirect me to some sample php audio recordings code or in the right direction pls.

While not exactly a plugin, http://sayandpost.com has a tiny windows voice recorder/uploader that returns link to the uploaded file. The link can be inserted into any blog post or comment. Then visitors click on the link, the message is played directly from the server.
