WordPress MU

Say I already have a MU service running on xdomain.com

and then I want to host a blog...but instead of it being blog.xdomain.com, I want it to be its own domain, say... ydomain.com

I'd assume this is do-able since I've seen it done before, and because a domain is pretty flexible.

Anyone done this before? Any help on how to do this?
