I installer muwp in pricipal directory of my site without problem.
When I make a new blog, this is ready but dont exist subdomain for, and dont view or dont enter or nothing.
Password and user send correctly by e-mail -
did you set up Wildcard DNS and a ServerAlias?

Wildcard DNS sets a wildcard on your domain so requests for any and all subdomains are sent to Apache on your defined IP address.
ServerAlias tells Apache to send any and all subdomains to your main account where WPMU's mod_rewrite magic can send them to the right place.
This is something your host would have to do unless you self host but you shouldn't be self hosting if you need to ask what they are. ;)
