I have followed the directions.. when a new user registeres on my site(testing it out atm) they register and stuff but when they try and go to their blog i get a "not found" thing... like i created a test user korptixtest and it said my blog is at korptixtest.korptix.info however when i go there nothing shows... maybe its my host? they have mod_rewrite enabled and installed... i followed all the directions maybe i need to enable something on my domain? help!!
Did you enable wildcard subdomains (vhosts) ?
i think i did lol... where would i check? my domain settings or the .htaccess or the wp-config?

httpd.conf, or the relevant conf file for the domain if on apache 2.
It's the DNS. There's no wildcard.
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnstime.ch?name=korptixtest.korptix.info&type=A
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnstime.ch?name=mytest.korptix.info&type=A
If the wildcard was active but apache wasn't setup correctly, you would still at least get an IP address.
You need to get a wildcard add it with your DNS server. best bet would be to get with your host and ask them to do it for you.
well found out a few things... the godaddy free account they give you... you can set a wild card... however for it to work... you must have a dedicated ip... just bought one... 2.99 a month lol... thanks maybe this will work if it does not... well i will be back for more help...
