WordPress MU

Is it possible to "embed" a google video link in WPMU without using any plugin (such as Extreme Video)?

It works in the regular Wordpress but not on Mu?

Please let me know.

Gotta admit that I hope not. Allowing embeds would be a security risk.

We just use a hacked version wp-extremevideo on my sites. The standard version includes google video support.

I think vipers quicktags also works on mu and I made a google vid mu-plugin you can check out here

I'm using Anarchy Media Player for WPMU. All users can embed a Google video using:
[googlevideo]<Google video ID string>[/googlevideo]

I have an urgent question. Deadline in 3 days.

What video plugins work with WP-Mu 1.5.1? Specifically for google video.

I have searched the forums for answers. I have tried Anarchy Media Player for WPMU, video search pop n code and wordpress video plugin. All plugin sites seem to have worked at one time, but now seem to be out of date.

I am willing to pay anyone for their time to find a solution.

edit: Do note though that we're running into problems with folks using Google's video search, pulling up videos that are actually hosted on other video sites, and not understanding that you have to go to those sites to get the information that you need to embed those codes.

It's a really big pain. The issue, not the plugin.
