I like the list-all plugin to display all of the blogs. But what if there are several thousand blogs to list? I know we can set it to limit how many it shows, but then it doesn't list them all, lol. Has anyone modified it to display a set number then paginate to view more?

I haven't but you could probably reduce it quite a lot if you make sure you're running the latest version as it doesn't list the ones marked spam, mature, private, etc.
