Has anyone loooked into the potential of this plugin being adapted to work with Site Admin ponly and allow batch adding of users:

While it's not as good as batch adding users PLUS blogs - I s'pose it'd be a step in the right direction

The only problem with this is that if your wpmu site has a fairly large number of users then you would have to add in a function handle the instances where a username already exists.
Since it's rare for a standard wp install to have over 50 users I doubt the author has included this feature.
Like you said thought, it's a step in the right direction. :)
Actually I have that planned and on my todo list for today. I figured out a method a few days ago on one of my walks. Haven't tried it yet though. It's number 8 on my todo list.
We had a thread on it a few days ago. Anyone care to find it for me? :)
