This is additional to Dr.Mikes Sitewide Tags system - if you would like to show sitewide tags in blog posts without hacking any category view.
The plugin is called my-tags and can easily be customized to show sitewide tags in posts
You just need to replace the url in $my_tags_url = to reflect the url to your sitewide tags system like http://yourdomain.tld/tags/
And then opload it to your mu-plugins folder.
