Our websites get bombarded with spam, and we get so many spambots that use our php contact form to spam our emails. So, our server admin blocked PHP from sending emails as "nobody".
WPMU also uses nobody as its email ID. Is there a way that I can get WPMU to send its emails as another user?

After doing more research on the internet, i found the correct description of the problem: the server has the php mail() function disabled for safety reasons.
Is there a way to utilize SMTP instead?
I thought Donncha was working support for this in?
