    Is it possible to give another user besides "admin" permissions for the SiteAdmin tab?

    Site Admin -> Options

    "These users may login to the main blog and administer the site. Space separated list of usernames."

    Make sure there isn't a space after the last username.

    also watch for caps.

    Adding "Suleiman" produced some bizarre results, but adding "suleiman" worked a champ.

    What do you do if the users have spaces in them (ie. if the username is composed of the first and last name)?

    I've tried to enter usernames in this format:
    admin first1 last1 first2 last2 first3 last3

    This didn't work. I even used quotes around the groups of names and it messed up the main admin permissions.

    So how do I add multiple usernames that contain spaces in them?

    Usernames can't have spaces. You can't have a space in a URL so the software should be stripping them out.

    WP Mu allows usernames with spaces. There should be a function that tells the user that they can't have spaces in there usernames before it gets added to the database.

    So far, I've only noticed that spaces effect site admins and not other native WP MU functions.

    I went into PHPMyAdmin and replaced spaces with dashes for the admins.

    So everything is working well now.
