    I would like to know if there are any simple developing guides for wordpress mu?

    Are there any differences for developing the plugin between wordpress and wordpress mu?

    If you need to use the database in any way, shape, or form then it can be a little bit different. Otherwise, if it works for WP single, it will work for WPMU 95% of the time.
