I run this site.
I recently upgraded from pre release candidate 1 version of WPMu. Every other blog seems to be running propertl, but the posts I made to the top level site seem to be missing, even though they are showing up in the "recent post" list in my sidebar.
Instead, readers are seeing this:
"Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here."
Any ideas?

I'm still having this issue. I've recently repairs all my databases, and I'm still missing the posts. Any advice on how to repair this problem?
just guessing:
- the recent post list could be cached?
- your permalinks could just be broken - dou you see your posts in your backend => manage => posts?
