wp mu problem category not working (1 post)

    We are using multi user wordpress http://megablogs.org but the category on top are not working for eg test etc
    They were working fine before we migrated to new server.
    Old server was running apache with php 4.3 the new server running lighttpd with php 5.1
    Can anyone suggest if its url rewrite problem or lighttpd/php5.2 version problem
