I've waded through a lot of posts and I'm still not sure - sorry. I'm running a wp site at http://www.aussiediary.com and would like to test wpmu with the intention of starting up a free blogs site for my local community. Is it possible to have http://www.aussiediary.com/wpmu without affecting the existing wp site? Or does wpmu need to be in the root directory? I read some stuff about htaccess - do I need to make changes to that? I've already tested pLog which worked fine, but when I heard about wpmu, I just got really excited because I just love wp.
