I would like the header of my blog to be in 3 parts and I'd also want the text to be dynamic - that I could change it on the fly and be different from one page/post to another.
How do I divide it into 3 areas that I can edit within Wordpress:
1. pre-head
2. main headline
3. sub-headline
These will be different from the title of the blog itself.
Does any body know? Thanks!
Create/edit your template.
For the dynamic bits you would need to encapsulate some code to put the changing text in.
I've put google ads into the headers on the site I'm working on and thats how I did it as I have several templates but didn't want to have to have the google code hard coded into each header.

Sorry, but such basic skills are really not in the scope of helping out here.
There are plenty of good resources out there to learn html, css, and such though.
You could ask/search over on the regular wp forums as well.
