How do I property format the ping sites list for new posts?

I know if the single user version of wordpress you separate each site on a new line, but Wordpress MU will not let me do this.

I've tried formatting them already with commas and spaces, but each time I couldn't tell if it pinged the list of sites. There was no delay when I posted a new post so I'm assuming the list wasn't pinged.

Do I separate them by commas, spaces, or what?

Anyone have any idea on this?

You can set this by loging into your Main Blog, click on "Site Admin", now click "Blogs" then click "Edit" link right side of the blog you need to add ping list, on next page, you will be able to add ping site lists. You need to add comma sperated list.

This need to be done per site. There is no way for adding a universal ping list. It may be done by editing some PHP files.
