WordPress MU

I have installed the Jason's customizer
(http://ocaoimh.ie/2006/11/05/jasons-custom-css-for-wordpress-mu/) which is for editing the theme by the blog owner.

However, i saw that in the colors section ,it does not show anything.(http://www.georgetang.info/screen.jpg), do i need to set anything in order to use the color section?

What shall i do if i want to add more different criteria in it, for example, editing the text style...etc.

The plugin automatically pulls the info out, so if it doesn't grab things, check the stylesheet of the theme, because I'm guessing that's it.

If it's a badly-written theme, that'll do it.
