Hi,
I want a permalink structure for Individual Comments, e.g. Comment_ID of 456 should be displayed as
http://www.example.com/456
or
http://www.example.com/cat/post_name/456
Can anybody tell me how to achieve it.

I don't think either one of those will work because that's the structure of a post without a title while using the pretty permalinks.

Can U tell me how to add a new query variable for Comments.
I am also OK with a new permalink like
http://www.example.com/comments/456
Basically, I want a new permalink - Just for Comments (One permalink for every Comment)
Can U advise me how to edit the classes.php or query.php or .htaccess to achieve it

Personally I'd suggest that if you aren't up to working out how to hack the code then you'd probably be better off not doing it

I'd have to agree. You'll do more damage than good.

If you don't understand the code, don't [try to] hack it.
