I have a multi domain install. Working perfectly except for one domain. The pages under that domain automagically redirect to the root.
http://domain.com/page/ redirects to http://domain.com/
But on the other sites the pages are all okay! What could be the problem?
I deleted the blog and the site for that domain, reinstalled following drmike's hints. Blog works but the pages not.

I recently set up a multidomain wp, too, but didn't yet notice anything like this. Maybe a problem is on the hosting side?

Yes, it is exactly that... how would I proceed to hack a workaround? I tried to dynamically change the fixed id for blog 1 but that doesn't work.
Unfortunately the problem has to be fixed, and the place to look is wpmu-settings.php if anyone wants to get their hands dirty in code!

I have tried to dive in the code, I'm no coding newbie but I can't find a solution.
I think I've fixed it. Please test this patch:
