WordPress MU

I am using hostgator server

if you check the blog at http://injungle.com/ the blog is working fine.

but the new blogs like http://anand.injungle.com/ are not working.

When I asked the host on 3 points rised by readme.txt I got the following answer.

1. mod_rewrite is already set up. Also, the instructions you provided don't apply to us; we don't run Apache2.
2. This does not apply to your account.
3. This has already been done.

Can you help me out?

How does #2 not apply to your account?

Which three points in the readme.txt file are you looking at as well? There's many points raised in the readme file.

I'm guessing the Apache section.
