Memory error using wpmufeed (sitewide feed plugin) (3 posts)

    Hi all,

I'm using the wpmufeed plugin and it appears to work fine for a little while (I've enabled caching etc.) however at some point, I will begin to get memory errors such as...

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 346844 bytes)

always pointing to cache.php. I have increased my memory allocation in .htaccess to 48megs and it still happens. The feed works fine for a few minutes, and then blammo.

Any suggestions? I'm pretty stumped. Oh I'm running my own VPS so I have full access to everything.

    Thanks,

    J

Never mind, I spoke with IT Damager and he wisely suggested looking to other plugins for the culprit. Sure enough, I found a social networking plugin that was freaking out because of the sudden volume of posts from the sitewide feed. I shut it off and all is fine now! =)
