WordPress MU

The most significant change is the addition of Theme control allowing certain themes to be only available to premium blogs.

Also, I have fixed the bug that displayed the 'Premium Blogs' menu on the user menus.

I've tested this against the most recent SVN revisions (as of June 10).

I haven't updated my WPMUDev project yet, as it no longer seems to be associated with my account and I can't edit it.
