I setup MU to use subdomains, but i have no wildcards setup, and maybe i will not be able to with this shared host.

If i find i can not setup wildcards, then i will just use subdirectories...

Can i change the way MU works easily? Or do i need to blow away the current install and start again?

I have nothing related to this install that i want to keep, so i have no issue with deleting the install, or installing over the top.

Can someone tell me whats the quick n easy way to go about this...?

Many thanks to all for their time and help.

It will be better to do this early on before your blog community grows. There isn't really an easy way to change it later.

Find out if your host supports the edits required. If not, then drop all the tables in the database you put MU in, and simply reinstall it. Choosing the subdirectory method of course.
