    I've installed Wordpressmu.
My hosting has subdomains support. I created the first blog in a subdomain.
What is the path of the subdomain?
After the subdomain is created I have to copy some files?

You do not create a physical subdomain on the server. No. you have to enable wildcards. PLEASE read the readme.txt file.

Ok. I activated the subdomain. When a user creates a blog, an email arrives him.
I click on the link to acrtive the blog an look what happens.

Next time tell us what is occuring. Please don't make us guess as to what is occuring.

I believe you have a wildcard redirect in place as your example blog just leads back towards your main blog. Make sure your root .htaccess file is poluated with pretty much what's in the htaccess.dist file and get with your host and tell them what you need is a wildcard for dns and apache. The readme file gives details.
