I installed cforms and it isn't working. When I click on the link for the plugin it just goes to a blank page (firefox) or a page cannot be displayed (ie).

OK....
How about a link to where you're doing this, a link to what ever cforms is, a check of your webserver's error logs to see what's in there, what version of wpmu you're running, etc. Please.

OK, but I have to be able to access the plugin to be able to set it up.
The problem is when I click on cformsII in the admin panel it goes to a blank white screen, so I can't make any edits to it.

you mean you can't click the link that says "activate"?

No, I clicked that.
After you click that, the cforms options menu shows up on the nav bar up top.
I click that, and I get a blank page.
