    Hi, I'm converting over from b2evo. Currently my URLs look like this:

    http://www.adamsweb.us/blog/index.php/a/2007/06/25/sign_off_for_now

    With the Wordpress.com version, they ow look like this:

    http://adamsweb.wordpress.com/2007/02/28/blog-round-up-2/

    I see huge potential confusio with broken links, how can I get folks looking for the old b2evo URL to be able to find the new URLs on wordpressmu?

    No, I have't installed it yet. I'm doing proactive trouble shooting.

    Install it.

    If you "really" want that horrid index.php in there, then add it.

    WHOA! "proactive trouble shooting" ;)

    You can fix it with wpmu installed elsewhere. You're not going to be able to do this on wp.com though as we don't have access to permalinks over there.

    Dashboard -> Options -> Permalinks

    Check the box for custom and put in the following:

    /blog/index.php/a/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

    That should work. Not sure what that /a/ is in there for. What is it used for in b2evo?
