WordPress MU

i wanna change language .i upload mo file . when i want to edit wp-config.php . there accure an error :
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

:
open wp-config.php failed: Permission denied at cpanel.pl line 448
Carp::croak('open wp-config.php failed: Permission denied') called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Fileman.pm line 1299
....

i cant change permission of this folder too ,
plz help

We can't do anything that you yourself can do. The file is probably owned by the webserver. Best bet would be to contact your host and have them change the owndership of the file.

Yep, that's probably the case. When the config file is generated, it becomes owned by Apache, and your account user can't touch it.

i finally solved this problem . i deleted this file and upload edited file ;)
